I bought a 2bhk flat , here puja room is at south. It is ok? other wise please suggest any remedy

Answer:- Your house has multiple Vastu defects. It has a cut in the northeast, kitchen in the wrong zone and, also a toilet is placed incorrectly.  It is not advisable for a long term stay in this house.  Get it corrected with space healing methods by Vastu expert, as simple counter solutions will not work in this layout.

Answer:-Ideally this falls under the inauspicious zone according to the Vastu grid. Get it corrected by installing Vastu super helix with a brass nano pyramids.  Also create an entry by keeping a virtual door painting at auspicious zone. Keep space healing grid in the southwest corner of your house.Finally, do space purification with mountain salt once a week.

Respected Sir, We are looking for a house. We don't have a plan for the house. But there are several houses where as soon as door opens there is some open space 3 ft or more there is nothing on that level except place to put shoes & coats. Stairs that goes up where living room, dining room, kitchen bedroom is there & stairs goes down to basement. There are several houses in different areas with similar concept. Entrance sometimes is in middle of the wall or far end or little away from middle. House could be facing East, South east, any direction. If you can please guide us If this stair arrangement is OK ?? If yes is there specific side (middle far end of the wall) the door should be?? & what side the house should be facing? Appreciate your time. Thanks for all the guidance to all.

Answer:-Please note that the staircases are preferred in the weight zone. It can prove very harmful if located in the restricted zone as per Vastu. Also front entrance door and the basement locations are also to be reviewed carefully.  The main door occupies 30% strength for  any vastu premises. Answer:- Not good from Vastu’s point of view. It has many major Vastu defects. Maybe you can stay for a short period. Also, avoid renting this premises.

Answer:- T junction and road ending both are different subjects. Road ending on the east direction of the plot is acceptable, whereas plot with  T junction is considered as a major Vastu fault. We, therefore, suggest you have careful planning of your house with strong Vastu remedies for T junction defect.  Plantations, cut-off strips and, also gems can be used to correct this severe defect.

Vastu observations:-

  • Location of the door in the  S2 zone, which is highly inauspicious.
  • The location of the Master bedroom in NW2 zone indicates depression. Ideally, master bedroom should be in the South-West zone.
  • A missing corner at the south-east needs a strong correction.
  • The kitchen in the east zone needs a proper Vastu planing.
  • Toilet in the North zone may impact finances
  • Cut in the North zone is also a Vastu fault resulting in financial worries.

Vastu rectifications:-

  • Conceal Vastu door chips in the main door.
  • Use a red marble plate (threshold) at the entrance.
  • Put Vastu coins under the door plate.
  • Write your house name in red color on sriparni wooden nameplate.
  • Place nine lead blocks in the southwest zone of the living area
  • Use metal wind chime in the northwest bedroom to regulate wind energy.
  • Allocate the northeast room for the children.
  • Keep mangal kalasha (Vastu element water) in the northeast zone of the house.
  • Install 3 triangular coral in the southeast zone with 3 sriparni pyramids.
  • Install copper pyramid partition strips on the door frame of the toilet.

Hi, My office is in a 4 story building, which has a Mezzanine level. My office is in this Mezzanine level. The roof on this level has a lot of beams.Does Vastu affect in this level? I wish I could send you some pics. As per your article, attachment of Wooden Pyyramids would not be a practical solution I believe.
