Answer:-Yes, your center is defective due to the staircase. It puts a load on the centre (Brahmasthan) of the house. If possible try to make a staircase in wood.  A zone balancing and weight shifting Vastu techniques should be used to rectify the centre defect. You can also use pyramids shifting arrows for virtual shifting the staircase towards the west or south.

Answer:-You have not mentioned the location of the kitchen in the house. Whether small or large, the kitchen is the hub of the entire house.  The meal fuels the bodies, minds, and souls of friends and families. Some say that while life may be created in the bedroom, it is certainly lived in the kitchen.  If you have a kitchen towards the southeast, then you need not worry about this issue. Answer:- You have unnecessary loaded the northeast corner of your site. It will create all kinds of obstacles in your work. Shift all material from the north-east zone to the south or northwest. Keep north-east clean and free from any load. Also, make a  huge underground water body to enhance the zone of tranquility.

Answer:–Effect of the T-junction will be minimum as the flow of traffic in the internal road is minimum. The extension of the plot towards the south west is the biggest Vastu defect. Make a wall to form the rectangular shape of your plot. Place pyramids made of lead metal on the wall towards the southwest extension.

• The location of the Main door falls towards the inauspicious zone if you are using a south door as the main door. Install 3 lead metal helix under the door plate. Also, place earth rocks near the door.
• The kitchen in the north zone may impact badly on your finances. Introduce alternate fire towards the southeast corner of the living area. Place fire lamp along with a vastu copper helix &  carnelain rock .
• Place study desk facing east or north in the northwest room
• Place the pooja room in the northeast zone of your house. Person to faces east while making a pooja.
• You have a basement in the house, Vastu does not recommend any basement in the house. Fix four copper corners in the basement for the Vastu correction.

Answer:-Flow of water from the north to east is very positive as per Vastu. Make sure it does not go towards the south. The decision to open a garage entrance towards the northeast is auspicious. Your all internal arrangements should be planned as per Vastu to achieve all Vastu benefits.
