I purchased a three bedroom apartment in London a few days ago. Can you please do a reading and suggest some remedies if anything wrong?

Answer:-Ideally you should consult a Vastu expert before buying an apartment.  Hence you will have minimum corrections when purchased with the Vastu advice.

Findings:-

1. House is rectangular in shape which is considered good as per Vastu.
2. Front door towards the south-east zone is located at the inauspicious zone.
3. The Kitchen is close to the south-east zone (Fire element), which is auspicious as per Vastu.
4. Location of the master bedroom towards the north, NE zone needs a Vastu correction.
5. Bed Room in the north-west zone is considered good.
6. The Living room in the south-west –west zone reduces the strength of the earth element.
7. Toilets towards the south-east and east zone are the major Vastu defect.

Corrections:-

Team Vastuplus recommends:-
– Use Vastu strips on the toilet door as an energy partition.
– To balance the earth element install an earth pyramid at the southwest corner of the living zone.
– Correct the sink by putting water balancing rock near the sink.
– Rectify the negative door by placing a painting of virtual door towards the auspicious alternate zone.

My house door main entrance is opening anticlockwise direction and also first-floor staircase is claiming anticlockwise direction. give me the solution at the earliest

Answer: It disturbs the rhythm of the energy flow. Install three clockwise copper pyramid arrows on the main door for virtual correction. Also, for the anti-clock staircase,  use three clockwise arrows on the first three steps starting from the ground level.

Hello Sir, My house is built on a plot of land. The main door is facing South. We are looking to install a 2000ltr water tank outside the house. As it's not a concrete roof we will have to install it on the ground. We will be building a 1 feet platform on which the tank will be placed. While checking your site I am not sure whether to take this as overhead tank or under water tank. So please advise a suitable direction to place the tank. Your earliest response will be a great help as we are going to be setting it very soon.

Answer:  Underground tank can be placed in the northeast corner only. No platform – not even at ground level in the north-east sector. You can also place on the platform at north-west zone but with a 1-2 feet height above the ground level. Use a south-west zone corner, if it is placed above the 5 feet from the ground level and more.

My house is an individual house facing north. We live in first floor. Main door is in north and living room too. The Kitchen is in the south-east corner. Master bedroom is in south-west and the guest bedroom in north-west. In between these two is the pooja room which is in west centre facing east. The toilet of the master bedroom is just behind the puja room both sharing the same wall. Also there is a common toilet opposite to the puja room, but not exactly opposite, little away from it. So can we place a 1 inch qooden hurdle in the puja room to avoid touching the bathroom wall? or do we need to change the location of puja room.please help me sir to resolve the issue. Thank You.

Answer: Avoid pooja room on a wall that is sharing a toilet. Shift your prayer room towards the northeast zone of your living area. Alternatively, create an additional partition that touches on the side of the wall and not on the toilet wall. This will create a space between the toilet as well as the temple wall.

We suggest to keep you back door closed most of the time. Location of your toilet in the centre is a major vastu defect. Moving or avoiding a centre toilet will be great relief to you.

My sister has a spiral staircase in the center of her house. Is there a way to improve this design without major reconstruction?
