With the growth of construction industry, Vaastu has also become an essential requirement for the site selection & construction.  Home or Industry according to vastu is a value-addition. More than 75 per cent of the people today wish to have their home to be vaastu friendly. Not only home, but offices, commercial centre as well as malls made as per the vaastu shastra are high in demand.

What is surprising is, however, that in countries like Africa, UAE, USA, England, people have accepted it as a science of vibrations.  Its implementation is now all over world.  It is not difficult to design the premises with vastu principles. Now buyer’s first question is whether property is a vastu compliant or not?  In metro cities ,vaastu friendly properties are sold well in advance and are hot in demand.

Looking to the space constraints, for builders- it is not always possible to make all the home vastu friendly but to somewhat 60 to 70% is a comfort  zone which they can offer to vastu  lovers. Placement of fire gadgets, main doors orientation & Sleeping area  -these are the three very important positions which can highly affect the positive or negative way to the occupant.  This can be easily easily planned without disturbing a desired layout by the builder.

 Nowadays we see a big towers with spacious surroundings, internal roads, parking ways, huge lobby and a grand reception which makes premises attracting more positive energy.  We see lots of green zone present in the complexes like garden, pools, walking tracks etc. All these factors contribute positively to some extent.
